My name is Jess. I am a Kinesiologist located in Applecross. Perth WA.

I am an experiences Advanced Diploma of Energetic Kinesiologist (Nicolie O'Neill Kinesiology College), Reiki II Practitioner, Sound Therapy Practitioner, NLP coaching and Sound Bath Facilitation

I first discovered kinesiology when I was searching for a natural treatment for anxiety. I came away from that experience feeling on top of the world and found myself drawn to learn more.

It was at that time I realised the extent of how this modality can heal.

I've always been fascinated by the connection between our minds, our bodies and spirit.

Becoming a mum to two boys only increased this interest, as I have found myself wanting to get to the heart of their ailments, rather than simply treating the symptoms.

Because of this, studying kinesiology was a natural next-step for me. I'm intuitive by nature, and have always loved helping people, so it's a practice I'm suited to, and that I love.

I genuinely believe that taking a holistic approach to maintaining our health is the only way forward in our busy and sometimes stressful world.
